To vote, you will need to know three things:

The customer account number of the primary owner.
The last name of the primary owner on your account.
The most recently added/updated phone number on file for your account.

Your user ID is your customer account number, which can be found both on your receipt and beneath the bar code printed on the back of your owner card. Customer account numbers are normally made up of twelve digits and begin with the number 4.

Your password is the combination of the first four letters of the primary account owner's last name (in lowercase and excluding special characters) and the last four digits of the most recent phone number on file for your account. For example, the password for an owner named "Joe Co-operator" who has the phone number 208-882-8537 would be coop8537.

If there are fewer than four letters in the primary owner's last name, use the entire last name in place of the first four letters. If no phone number is on file for your account, use the digits "0000" in place of the last four digits of your phone number. For example, the password for an owner named "John Doe" who has no phone number on record would be doe0000.
